Start managed Server command

Running in Server 2
./startManagedWebLogic.sh "ManagedServer_2" "http://10.3.243.11:7001"

Running in Server 1
./startManagedWebLogic.sh "ManagedServer_1" "http://10.3.243.11:7001"
